We want you to love your order!

But if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help. Below is a simple guide to your rights and how to return a product. For full details, please check our Terms and Conditions for Product Sales here.

If you purchased from a partner retailer (like an airport shop or department store), please follow their return policies directly—they handle returns themselves. If you bought from Vanilla Blanc London online or in-store, please follow the steps outlined here to return your items, and don’t send them back to partner retailers.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Fill out the Returns Note

To return your online order, please print and complete our Returns Note here. If you don’t have a printer, just include your original packing slip with the items you’re sending back. Make sure to include this paperwork with your return package and send it to:

Products bought after March 1, 2020, with a valid receipt, can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Please note these items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Booking fees

Personalised goods

Workshops and services

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

For fragrance returns, please check any packaging or labelling guidelines from Royal Mail or your courier to keep everything safe in transit.

Step 2: Send your package back

When you send your return, please keep your proof of postage. This helps us if your parcel doesn’t reach us. We’re not responsible for lost returns, so make sure your package is sealed properly and includes your Returns Note or packing slip.

Unless your item is faulty, you’ll need to cover the return postage costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order and get a refund within 28 working days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Remember, products bought from March 1, 2020, with a valid receipt can be returned within 60 days.

Please have your order number ready when you contact us.

For orders with Standard Delivery, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order. For expedited deliveries, please contact us immediately to avoid your order being processed and shipped.

Please note: We try our best, but we can’t guarantee cancellations once an order is processed. If we can’t cancel, you can still return your items following the process above for a full refund.

Refunds

We will refund the cost of your goods, including the original standard delivery charge (but excluding any premium delivery fees), within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof you’ve sent them back, or from the day you notify us of cancellation.

Please note, if returned goods show signs of unreasonable use, we may issue a reduced refund or offer to return the items to you within 28 days of notifying you.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Your right to return doesn’t apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items (like engraved products)

Items that deteriorate or expire quickly

Sealed goods that can’t be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us right away via Live Chat. Provide your order number and keep all packaging and items safe for inspection. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
